PizzaBoy Multiple Endings Guide

PizzaBoy does not hide its ending system behind a New Game Plus menu. Each chapter can resolve differently based on how you play: deliver and leave, or dig until PizzaBoy learns too much about Pizza Dawg’s Pizza and about himself. This guide explains that choice model for the demo and for the full Steam release planned on August 14, 2026.

If you want a visual all-endings demo reference, use the video on How to Play the PizzaBoy Demo. If you want the hunting method that feeds alternate outcomes, use the Secrets and Collectibles Guide.

The chapter ending fantasy

Breadless built PizzaBoy so the ending of a chapter is a moral and curiosity receipt:

  • Do the bare minimum delivery and you can remain comparatively ignorant.
  • Stray from the obvious path, meet more of the cast, recover memories, and the chapter closes on a different emotional and informational note.
  • Across the full game, those chapter outcomes stack toward the ending of the story.

That is why speed alone is not mastery. A three-minute intact delivery and a thirty-minute secret archive are both valid PizzaBoy runs with different endings.

Two run intents you should name out loud

Courier Run. Goal: intact pizza, customer reached, optional content ignored unless it sits on the line. Best for learning hazards and for endings that reflect getting the job done.

Truth Run. Goal: intact pizza plus maximum safe curiosity. Best for character scenes with VampireGirl, Pepperoni Dog, and company lore, and for endings that reflect knowledge.

Name the intent before you start. Mixed intent is how players accidentally get an ending they did not mean while also dropping pizza in a side room.

What actually changes outcomes

Without dumping every spoiler, endings respond to play patterns such as:

  • How much optional space you clear.
  • Whether you interact with story objects on W or Up.
  • Whether you protect the delivery enough for the chapter to treat you like a competent courier.
  • Whether you pursue memory threads instead of sprinting the customer arrow.

Movement skill is still required. Many truth-route rooms sit behind the same air dash checks taught in the Air Dash Movement Guide. Story ambition does not replace recharge discipline.

Spoiler-safe practice plan

  1. Finish one blind Courier Run after reading the PizzaBoy Getting Started Guide.
  2. Watch only the parts of the demo walkthrough you need for missed branches.
  3. Start a Truth Run with notes from the secrets guide.
  4. Compare the chapter close. Do not reset mid-ending; observe it.
  5. If a branch still fails because of a single screen, isolate that screen in the Tough Sections Guide.

This plan keeps endings educational instead of accidental.

Pizza integrity and endings

Players sometimes assume endings only care about lore flags. In PizzaBoy, the pizza is part of the chapter’s judgment. A truth hunt that arrives with a stolen order can undercut the fantasy of competence. Use the Protect Pizza Delivery Guide as an endings tool, not only as a survival tool.

Practical rule: if your Truth Run loses the pizza before the final story beat you care about, reset sooner. Knowledge flags are hard to appreciate when the customer is staring at an empty box.

Demo endings versus full-game endings

The demo’s first chapter already demonstrates multiple endings. That makes it excellent rehearsal for launch. The August 14, 2026 game will extend the same philosophy across more chapters rather than inventing a totally separate outcome system on day one. Expect denser company secrets, more character payoffs, and a final ending that reflects your pattern of ignorance or investigation.

Platform reminder: single-player, Windows and Linux on Steam, full controller support, English-focused storefront presentation. no shared ending votes. No code-redemption endings.

Character context without ruining surprises

PizzaBoy is the courier whose promotion gets weirder the longer he stays curious. VampireGirl and Pepperoni Dog are signposts that you are no longer on a pure obstacle course. When they appear off the main line, slow down. Interact. Recharge. Decide whether this scene is worth the theft risk. Those decisions are the endings system in human form.

Checklist before you claim “all endings done”

  • You can finish a Courier Run without notes.
  • You can finish a Truth Run with pizza intact.
  • You understand which rooms were optional.
  • You can reproduce at least one alternate close on purpose.
  • You did not rely on fake external codes or unverified scripts.

Play for the ending you mean. PizzaBoy is watching how curious you get.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Quick answers to the most common questions.

Does each PizzaBoy chapter have multiple endings?

Yes. Player choices about exploration versus bare-minimum delivery influence chapter endings and, across the game, the final ending.

Can I see all demo endings in one video?

Yes. The How to Play the PizzaBoy Demo page includes a verified walkthrough video that covers all demo endings.

Do I need secrets to change endings?

Heavy exploration and story interactions are the usual path to alternate closes. A pure courier run tends to preserve ignorance.

Does losing pizza affect endings?

Pizza integrity changes the delivery payoff and can undercut the ending you wanted. Protect the order while you hunt truth.

Is this relevant after August 14, 2026?

Yes. The full release expands the same chapter-outcome philosophy beyond the demo's first chapter.
